Some are supporting the law of the right to wear hijab in college, while some are registering their protest. Now the name of Maharashtra Minister Aaditya Thackeray has been added to the list of support. Aaditya Thackeray said that uniform is necessary in schools.

Thackeray said that where there is a prescribed uniform in schools/colleges, it should be followed. In the centers of education, the focus should be only on education. Religious or political issues should not be brought up in schools/colleges. Significantly, the controversy started with the incident of wearing of hijab in Udupi College of Karnataka has spread across the country.

After this the girls sat on the dharna. When the college did not agree, she reached the High Court. The matter was heard in the High Court yesterday. The court had said that the constitution and law are more important than one's personal beliefs.

This controversy has caught fire in many colleges of Karnataka. Slogans were also raised in the college of Udupi regarding the same thing. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has appealed to the students to maintain peace. He has announced the closure of schools and colleges in the state for three days.

Bad words of BJP MLA

Amidst the ongoing hijab controversy in Karnataka, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Renukacharya has created a new controversy. He said that rapes are increasing because of the clothes of women. This statement of the BJP MLA came after Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi tweeted about the right to wear a bikini.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi said in a tweet on Wednesday that be it bikini, veil, jeans or hijab, it is a woman's right to decide what she wants to wear. This right is protected by the Indian Constitution. Stop harassing women. On Priyanka's statement, Renukacharya said that using a word like bikini shows a lousy statement. While studying in college, children must be fully clothed. Today rapes are on the rise because of women's clothing as men are provoked. this is not right. Women are respected in our country.
