NEW Delhi. An important revelation has come to light in the case of an elderly co-passenger allegedly urinating on an Air India flight from New York to Delhi in November last year. The documents show that the crew brought the intoxicated passenger to the seat of the female passenger and forced him to apologize, so that he could avoid arrest. The woman had written to Air India Group Chairman N Chandrasekaran on November 27, a day after the incident on the New York-Delhi flight. However, in this matter, Air India lodged a complaint with the police on January 4 at 12 noon. This has been revealed from the FIR lodged against the accused Mumbai businessman.

I wanted the person who urinated on me to be arrested, but...

The victim woman says that she had demanded the arrest of the accused immediately after the landing of the plane. However, the crew told him that the man who urinated wanted to apologise. “I had clearly stated that I did not want to talk to him or see his face. I wanted the accused to be arrested immediately after landing. was brought before me against my will and we were made to sit face to face. I was taken aback when he started crying and apologizing to me. He was begging me not to file a complaint as he is a family man and does not want to I was worried that his wife and children would be affected by this incident. Although in that distraught state, I was distracted by the close interaction and face-to-face with the perpetrator of that horrific incident. I told him that his actions were inexcusable. But Despite his pleading and begging in front of me and my own shock and trauma, I found it difficult to press for his arrest or press charges against him."

The victim woman had written a letter to Air India about this sad experience during the flight and appealed to take strict action against the accused. This letter of the woman is also a part of the FIR. In the letter, the woman has also accused the crew of not cooperating. The woman said that when she complained about the incident to the crew, they flatly refused to change her seat. In such a situation, the woman had to sit again on the seat soiled with urine.

Even after urinating, the accused person remained standing till...!

The incident took place in the Air India plane when the lights were off after lunch in the flight. After urinating, the man remained standing until another passenger asked him to leave. The woman complained to the crew and told them that her clothes, shoes and bag were drenched in urine. The crew reportedly gave him clothes and slippers and asked him to return to his seat.

The accused passenger was allowed to leave without any hindrance

The woman alleges that she was not given another cabin seat despite many seats in the business class being vacant. He has alleged that after the plane landed in Delhi, the accused passenger was allowed to leave without any hindrance. Now the matter of apologizing to the accused passenger is also coming to the fore.
