Lok Sabha Elections: Bharatiya Janata Party has released its fourth list for Lok Sabha elections 2024. In this phase BJP has announced the names of candidates for its Lok Sabha seats in the state of Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. In this list, BJP has included A from Puducherry. Ticket has been given to Namasivayam. While Tiruvallur (SC) V Balaghanapathy of Tamil Nadu has been made the candidate. Please note that the Election Commission has announced that the Lok Sabha elections will be held in 7 phases.

Congress has captured Puducherry seat

Let us tell you that A. Namasivayam has been made the candidate from Puducherry seat, which is currently held by Congress. V.Vaithilingam of Congress is the current MP from here. Also, Congress has once again expressed confidence in Vaithilingam. The first phase of this general election 2024 is starting from 19th April. Also, voting will be held for the Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the first phase i.e. from April 19.

15 candidates from Tamil Nadu

BJP has announced the names of 15 candidates from Tamil Nadu in its fourth list. Let us tell you that BJP had released its third list a day earlier, in which it had given tickets to 9 candidates from Tamil Nadu. In this third list itself, Tamil Nadu BJP Chief K Annamalai has been made the candidate from Coimbatore Lok Sabha seat. Also, the second biggest name in this list is that of former Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan. BJP gave him ticket from South Chennai. Please note that there are a total of 39 Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu. BJP is fighting here in alliance with PMK, out of which PMK will contest on 10 seats.
