Wrestlers Protest: Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) President and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh is getting caught in the sexual harassment case. Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet in the case of sexual harassment imposed by six wrestlers. Many new revelations have come out in the charge sheet which has increased the difficulties of Brij Bhushan Singh. Actually, two pictures have been presented in the charge sheet in which Brij Bhushan Singh can be seen moving towards the players. Significantly, these pictures were handed over to the police by the WFI officials themselves. These pictures also confirm the presence of Brij Bhushan Singh on the occasion.

In the charge sheet filed in the Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi Police has allegedly presented two photographs which match the statements given by the witnesses. Actually, in these pictures, Brij Bhushan Singh can be seen moving towards the players, where the incident of sexual harassment took place. Along with this, the location of his phone is also matching with the testimony. These photographs confirm their presence where the wrestlers were present. These photos have been presented as technical evidence in the charge sheet filed by the Delhi Police. However, Brij Bhushan Singh has called the allegations against him false.

According to the report, this whole case is based on the charge sheet presented after the complaint of sexual harassment filed by six top wrestlers. In the charge sheet, there has been talk of criminal prosecution and punishment against Brij Bhushan Singh. A charge sheet has been filed against him under sections 354, 354A, 354D and section 506 of IPC in the case of sexual harassment.

According to the charge sheet, while replying to the notice sent by the police, the WFI had submitted four photographs in which both Brij Bhushan Singh and the complainant were seen in foreign countries (Kazakhstan). Brij Bhushan Singh is seen moving towards the complainant in the same pictures handed over by the WFI officials.

Based on the call details of the witnesses and photographs of the wrestling event provided by the WFI, the Delhi Police has drawn its conclusions in the charge sheet. It has been told in the letter that Singh was present at the places of abuse. Taking cognizance of the charge sheet, the court had issued summons to Brij Bhushan Singh on Friday itself.
