What kind of democracy is this? We are being sent a notice for something that is 30-40 years old. For 0.7 per cent, a penalty of 126 per cent has been imposed on us. A penalty of Rs 210 crore has been imposed on us for Rs 14 lakh 40 thousand. Our bank account has been frozen. Election campaign, pamphlets etc. are not all money for election expenses. This is a violation of democracy. A notice of Rs 210 crore has been sent to us by the Income Tax Department.
