In Bharatpur, the procession of a Dalit groom could be taken out under heavy police security force. Some upper caste people were protesting against the procession of the Dalit groom in the village. After which District Collector Alok Ranjan and District Superintendent Shyam Singh were posted in the village overnight with heavy police force and got the Dalit procession out of the village safely.

According to media reports, the matter is of village Sah of Kumher police station area. The daughter of a Dalit man of the village was married. The groom's side arrived with a procession, but some upper caste oppressors were not allowing the procession to leave the village. After which the District Collector and Superintendent of Police reached the village with the police force on the information. After which the bride's wedding procession could be taken out through the village under police protection. During this there was tension in the whole village.

There was tension regarding taking out Ambedkar rally

In fact, on April 14, there was a fight between the two parties in the village after taking out a rally on Ambedkar Jayanti. Complaints were lodged with the police from both the sides. After which three people were also arrested. People from the Dalit community had left the village and reached the District Collector's office. After which he was sent back to the village under police protection.
