New Delhi: Delhi Police may soon file a charge sheet in the Shraddha Walkar murder case. Delhi Police has also prepared a draft charge sheet for this. At present, legal experts are looking into the charge sheet of this case. According to sources, the charge sheet can be filed on any date in the end of January. According to sources, in the draft charge sheet of more than 3000 pages, apart from 100 witnesses, forensic and electronic evidence has been made the basis.

It has been confirmed in the DNA report that the bones recovered from the forests of Chhatarpur belonged to Shraddha. All this is part of the charge sheet. Apart from this, the confession of Aftab Poonawala and the report of the narco test are also included, although it is to be noted that these two reports are not of much importance in the court. In this case, Aftab is alleged to have strangled Shraddha to death on May 18 in Delhi's Chhatarpur area. After the murder, the dead body was cut into several pieces and thrown in the forest.

Let us tell you that this matter came to light when Shraddha's father went to the police in October. Shraddha's father, Vikas daughter was not in touch as he was very upset about her inter-faith relationship with Aftab Poonawalla. Shraddha was murdered in May last year, but the matter came to light after several months. Aftab was arrested by the Delhi Police on 12 November 2022 on charges of murdering Shraddha.
