CM Arvind Kejriwal: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a fresh summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case related to excise policy and called him for questioning on March 21. Official sources gave this information on Sunday. The 55-year-old national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been asked to appear at the central agency's office in Central Delhi. Sources said the ninth summons has been issued to record Kejriwal's statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The Chief Minister has refused to appear every time, calling these summons illegal. A Delhi court on Saturday granted bail to Kejriwal on two complaints filed by the agency for defying six of the last eight summons in the case.

'Will have to appear in court'

Before appearing in the court, Arvind Kejriwal was ordered by the Rouse Avenue Court that he will have to appear in the court of ACMM.
