Farmer Protest: The struggle of farmers has reached a decisive turn again today. A large group of farmers has left for Delhi from Shambhu border of Haryana-Punjab with various demands. The police administration has made tight security arrangements to stop the farmers. Barbed wire, nails, and concrete walls have been built on the border. Despite this, farmer organizations say that they will not back down from fighting for their rights.

Tension between police and farmers

The situation remains tense at Shambhu border. The police fired tear gas shells to stop the increasing pressure of the farmers. The farmers strongly condemned this action and said that this is an attempt to suppress their voice.

Farmer organizations say that their protest is peaceful, but they are being forcibly stopped. A farmer said, "The police are asking for identity cards, but are not ready to assure that we will be allowed to go to Delhi. We want to put forward our demands in a peaceful manner, but we are being treated like this." Security arrangements seen in drone video

Drone footage of the high-security arrangements put in place at Shambhu border has also surfaced. Barbed wire, nails laid on the road and thick concrete walls are clearly visible in the video. This arrangement shows how much preparation the administration has done to stop the farmers.

Participation of farmers from Tamil Nadu

This movement of farmers is getting nationwide support. P. Ayyakannu, state president of Samyukta Kisan Morcha (non-political) in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, said that farmers from Tamil Nadu will also join this movement in Delhi. He says, "According to the MS Swaminathan report, farmers should get 150% of the cost price. Both Congress and BJP have disappointed us. We will go to Delhi and fight on this issue."

Protest against BJP leaders in Punjab

At Shambhu border, farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher accused the central government and said that the demands of the farmers are being ignored. He also announced that BJP leaders will be opposed in Punjab. Pandher said, "If any BJP leader enters Punjab, he will have to face opposition."

Objective of the movement

The main demand of the farmers' organizations is the legal guarantee of Minimum Support Price (MSP). Along with this, they are demanding a fair price for crops and loan waiver. This movement of farmers is an important step towards improving the agriculture sector and improving their lives.

Conclusion

The 'Dilli Chalo' movement of farmers is not just a demonstration of their problems, but it is a symbol of their indomitable courage and commitment to rights. Instead of suppressing this movement, the administration and the government should adopt the path of dialogue, so that a solution can be found. The demands of the farmers are important not only for their well-being, but also for the strengthening of the agricultural sector of the country.
