Muktsar / Former minister Tota Singh's PA and his mother killed in road accident, four people including wife and daughter injured

Mother and son in a car died in a collision between two cars late on Monday night near village Vading twin canals on Kotkapura road. While four other people are injured in this accident. The accident was so horrific that the car blew up. The dead include former minister Jathedar Tota Singh's PA Jagseer Singh (35) and his mother Paramjit Kaur (60).

According to the information, Jagsir Singh, PA of former minister Jathedar Tota Singh, resident of Dharamkot, was going to Muktsar with his mother Paramjit Kaur, wife Amritpal Kaur (35) and daughter Abhijot Kaur (8) late on Monday night for their kinship. It is said that they were going to participate in the joy of the birth of a child in their kinship here.

But fate had something else in mind. As soon as his Icon Ford car reached near the twin canals in Vading village on Kotkapura road, the speeding car coming from the front rammed his car. The family members of Jagseer Singh and both the occupants of the other car were also injured in the accident. Those who were admitted by ambulance to Civil Hospital and other private hospitals.

But during this time Jagseer Singh and his mother Paramjit Kaur were declared dead. Otherwise, both the injured in the car include Bhagwant Singh and Jagtar Singh, residents of Sri Ganganagar. Bhagwant Singh has been referred from District Civil Hospital to Faridkot Medical College while Amritpal Kaur, Abhijot Kaur and Jagtar Singh are admitted to a private hospital in Muktsar. On the other hand, in this case, the police station Bariwala has registered a case of negligent driving against the driver of the car, Bhagwant Singh, on the statement of Amritpal Kaur, the injured wife of the deceased Jagseer Singh.
