This meeting will be held at 12 noon in the Parliament House complex. This type of meeting has been held before every session of the Parliament. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi, Union Ministers and floor leaders of parties in both houses of Parliament will participate in it.

In the all-party meeting, the government will seek cooperation from all political parties to ensure smooth functioning of both the Houses of Parliament during the budget session. The opposition parties are expected to raise their issues of concern during this all-party meeting and take up with the government the issues to be raised during the budget session. After this, in the afternoon, a meeting of floor leaders of NDA will also be held for the strategy of cooperation in the House.

The first part of the Parliament session will continue till February 13.

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi had said that the budget session of Parliament would begin on January 31 and continue till April 6. He told that during this period there will be 27 meetings in 66 days. At the same time, the first part of the Parliament session will start from January 31 and will continue till February 13, while there will be a holiday from February 14 to March 12. The second part of the budget session will run from March 13 to April 6. In the second phase, the Finance Bill will be discussed in both the Houses of the Parliament, after which the Bill will be passed by both the Houses.

The budget session will begin with the speech of President Murmu.

The budget session will begin at 11 am on Tuesday with the address of President Draupadi Murmu to the joint sitting of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha in the Central Hall. The Economic Survey will also be tabled in both the houses on the first day of the budget session. It may be known that the winter session of the Parliament was marred by an uproar. 17 opposition parties had walked out in the Rajya Sabha over the Tawang issue. Leader of Opposition and National President of Congress Mallikarjun Kharge had also called a meeting of opposition parties on this matter. Along with this, there was a lot of uproar in Parliament over Kharge's controversial statement on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This was the reason that the winter session of the Parliament was terminated prematurely.
