The death was said to be suspicious, due to which they reached the spot and made a panchnama of the dead body. There were injury marks on the body of the deceased. At the same time, the cause of death in PM has been found to be due to injuries. The daughter of the deceased had accused her brother of murder. While investigating the matter, the police have taken the accused Kamlesh Lodhi into custody. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections of murder. Tired of the beatings, the daughter-in-law started leaving the house in the night itself without informing, but the villagers saw her and after questioning, came to reach her home. The next day the father-in-law, seeing the daughter-in-law's trouble, sent her to her maternal home. When the son came to know about his wife's departure in the morning, he got furious and took his father along and started beating him with sticks. The son brutally assaulted her, seriously injuring her, later put her to sleep in the room. During this, Babbu Lodhi died.
