UIDAI has tied up with India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) to update mobile numbers sitting at home. Under this, you can now change the mobile number in the Aadhar card by calling the postman at your home. This facility of IPPB will be available in their 650 branches. One lakh 46 thousand postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks will be available for this service. Soon the base of children will also be made through this service.

Crores of people updating their mobile numbers through the new facility of Aadhar and Post Office will be benefited. Now people whose Aadhaar is not registered with their mobile number or has been closed, they will be able to easily update the mobile number in their Aadhaar.

At the same time, you will be given an Aadhaar correction form to link the phone number. Give correct information in it. Submit this form to the concerned officer along with a fee of Rs.25. After this you will be given a slip. This slip will contain the update request number. With this you can check whether the new mobile number is linked with your Aadhaar or not.

Your Aadhaar will be linked with the new mobile number in a few days. When your Aadhaar is linked with the new mobile number, then OTP will come on your same number.
