Israel-Iran War: Israel is still silent even after the drone and missile attack by Iran. Some are calling it pressure from America, while many are considering Israel inferior to Iran. Meanwhile, Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu has made a big statement. According to the report of The Times of Israel, the PM said in a cabinet meeting that Israel will take its own decision and will do whatever is necessary to protect itself.

This comment of Netanyahu came after the meeting held with the Foreign Ministers of Britain and Germany on Wednesday. Earlier in the day, British Foreign Secretary David Cameron and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock arrived in Israel. According to the report, Germany and Britain have appealed to Israel to exercise restraint and warned that any additional direct hostility with Iran could plunge the Middle East into war.

Netanyahu said – Israel will try to protect itself

However, Netanyahu's comments that have now come to light seem to go against the appeal from Germany and Britain. In the cabinet meeting, Israel's PM said that the leaders of Germany and Britain have given all kinds of suggestions and advice. Which we also appreciate, but Israel will take its own decisions and will make every possible effort to protect itself.

Germany not in favor of counterattack

Speaking to journalists in Israel, David Cameron said it was clear there would be retaliatory action against Israel. At the same time, Annalena objected to Israel's plan to take retaliatory action against Iran. However, he said that Germany and Israel are together and completely united.

He further said that Iran and its proxies, such as Hezbollah or the Houthis, should not be allowed to add fuel to the fire. Iran will have to face serious consequences because the European Union is working on imposing further sanctions against Tehran.

Israel claims to have destroyed 99 percent of the attacks

Let us tell you that recently Iran had attacked Israel with drones and ballistic missiles. However, Israel had claimed that it had destroyed 99 percent of Iran's attacks in the air. After the attacks by Iran, many countries including Britain and Germany have stood in support of Israel.
