Israel-Iran War: The Iranian city of Isfahan was attacked by drones on Friday, after which Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabadollahian said that they are not drones but like the toys with which our children play. He said that it has not been proven that there is any connection between these drones and Israel. However, the Foreign Minister said that Iran is investigating the matter.

Regarding the attack, Iranian media and officials say that the explosion occurred due to the shooting down of three drones by air defense forces over Isfahan in Iran in the early hours of Friday. He described the incident as an attack by “infiltrators” rather than Israel.

What did Iran's Foreign Minister say?

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said on Friday that if Israel acts against its interests, Iran will respond immediately and at the "maximum level". In an interview, Amirabdollahian said that if Israel wants to make another audacity and act against Iran's interests, our next response will be immediate and at the maximum level. The Foreign Minister further said that but if Israel does not retaliate, then our work is done, we have reached the conclusion.

What did Israel say on the attack

Israel has not said anything about the incident. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the United States was not involved in any offensive operations, while the White House said it had no comment. Israel had said that it would retaliate after Iran's attack on Israel on April 13. This was the first direct attack on Israel by Iran, in which Iran attacked Israel with drones and missiles. Tehran carried out these attacks in response to the alleged Israeli airstrike on April 1, in which Israel attacked Iran's embassy complex in Damascus.
