Madhya Pradesh / Policemen started escorting someone else's car instead of Scindia, 14 suspended

There has been a big lapse in the security of Jyotiraj Scindia, a Rajya Sabha MP and veteran Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader coming from Delhi to Gwalior by road. The policemen sitting in the pilot vehicle, instead of the MP's vehicle, were engaged in giving security to another vehicle of the same color. As a result of the negligence of the policemen traveling in the police pilot vehicle that went to Morena border, 14 policemen were suspended.

9 policemen from Morena and 5 from Gwalior have been suspended. By the time the policemen realized the mistake, Jyotiraditya Scindia's car had gone a long way. Action has been taken against 14 policemen for negligence in the security of MP Scindia. Scindia has been given Z category VIP security by the central government.

The lapse in the security of Jyotiraditya Scindia occurred when he was coming to Gwalior by road from Delhi. In the evening, the pilot vehicle in Morena district was moving towards Gwalior following them. At Morena Gwalior border near Niravali, Gwalior's pilot vehicle was to follow the MP to Jai Vilas Palace. 

Big mistake due to misunderstanding!

It was here that the policemen of the pilot vehicle made a mistake and in a misunderstanding, instead of Scindia's vehicle, they started following another vehicle of the same color passing by. After a while, when the police personnel realized that they were following the wrong vehicle, they were blown away. But during this time Jyotiraditya Scindia's car had gone a long way.

Scindia was without security for 8 kilometers

Rajya Sabha MP Jyotiraditya Scindia's car kept running for about 8 kilometers without a pilot vehicle. As soon as Scindia's convoy passed through Hazira police station, then the police noticed negligence in security and then instead of pilot vehicle, the vehicle of Hazira police station followed MP Jyotiraj Scindia to Jai Vilas Palace leaving him safe.

Somewhere in such lapse in security, there is a lack of mutual coordination between the follow team of Morena and Gwalior. Now 9 policemen from Morena and 5 from Gwalior have been suspended.

Talking to Aaj Tak, Morena SP has confirmed the suspension of 9 policemen and Gwalior SP Amit Sanghi has confirmed the suspension of 5 policemen. In this way, a total of 14 policemen have been suspended for lapse in the security of Scindia.
