The second proposal called for the complete scrapping of the SIR (Statistical Integrity Report/System). The third and final proposal demanded that both the Prime Minister and the Home Minister Amit Shah take full responsibility for the current situation. Gandhi noted that while some leaders within the party might have reservations or lack full confidence in his predictions, he remains steadfast. He shared an anecdote about a meeting with PM Modi and Amit Shah where they allegedly compared their actions to those of Indira Gandhi. According to Rahul Gandhi, the first method involves the manipulation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), while the second method involves deliberate discrepancies and errors in the voter lists. He pointed out that he had previously raised concerns about vote theft in states like Haryana, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
