Rahul Gandhi will appear in National Herald case at ED headquarters at 11:00 today. Before Rahul's appearance, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra reached his house to meet him. From here Rahul-Priyanka reached the Congress headquarters and held a meeting with the party leaders. After the meeting, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel along with party MPs and other leaders left for the ED office on foot. The police have stopped the Congress march by putting up barricades. The leaders have not been allowed to go ahead. Rahul Gandhi reached the ED headquarters with Priyanka by car.


Congress workers protesting against the investigation of Rahul Gandhi have been detained by the Delhi Police from the Congress headquarters. The police took the Congressmen in a bus. In view of the performance of the Congress, the Delhi Police has sealed the road from the Congress headquarters to the ED office. A three-layer security cordon has been prepared near the ED office. Police sources said that the crowd will be stopped near the first circle. The second layer can be crossed by crossing Rahul's car. After the third layer, they will have to go to the ED office alone.


Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said in protest against the questioning of Rahul Gandhi – There was no scam in National Herald. National Herald Company has cleared the dues of Young India Company and paid the salaries of the employees. We have not sold the government properties of India like the BJP government.

Today, the officers of the Assistant Director level will inquire

If ED sources are to be believed, today Rahul will be questioned by an assistant director level officer. The interrogation will be done in the usual manner, like the rest of the visitors. During the investigation, Rahul Gandhi will not be able to use his mobile phone nor is any of his fellow politicians allowed inside the ED office with him.

ED has prepared a long list of questions to question Rahul Gandhi. About two dozen questions will be asked by ED officers, all of whom are related to National Herald and Young India Company. Rahul Gandhi along with his mother Sonia Gandhi holds 38-38% stake in Young India Company. The rest is with Congress leaders Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes. Both these leaders have passed away.
