IPL 2020 / Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Chennai Super Kings by 36 runs

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 37 runs in the 25th match of the 13th season of IPL. In the match played in Dubai, Bengaluru won the toss and gave a target of 170 runs while batting. In response, Chennai were able to score 132 runs after losing 8 wickets. This is RCB's biggest win against Chennai in terms of runs. Earlier, in 2010, he defeated Chennai by 36 runs.

Kohli scored an unbeaten 90 off 52 balls and Padikkal scored 33 off 34 balls.

Kohli then shared an unbeaten 75-run partnership for the 5th wicket with Shivam Dubey. Shivam scored 22 runs off 14 balls. At the same time, Shardul Thakur took the maximum 2 wickets for Chennai. Deepak Chahar and Sam Karan also got 1-1 wickets.

Shardul dismissed Padikkal-de Villiers in one over Shardul Thakur took two wickets in the 11th over of the innings. He got Devadatta Padikkal (33) caught by Faf du Plessis and AB de Villiers at the hands of wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. De Villiers could not even open an account.
