Arvind Kejriwal has challenged his arrest and remand in the money laundering case related to the liquor scam, on which the bench of Supreme Court Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Dipankar Dutta will hear the matter. On behalf of CM Kejriwal, immediate intervention of the Supreme Court has been demanded in the matter. Kejriwal has said in his petition that "my arrest is an attack on the principles of democracy based on fair elections." ED has done this to attack the freedom of political opponents. ED does not have any material on the basis of which an offense under Section 19 of PMLA can be inferred. The arrest made by the ED is based solely on the contradictory statements of the co-accused. These co-accused have now become government witnesses.

Two CMs of AAP will meet in Tihar

Let us tell you that after several days of investigation and meeting, the meeting between Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann in Tihar Jail has been finalized. Today at 12 noon, Bhagwant Mann will meet Kejriwal in Tihar Jail. Earlier on Friday, regarding the meeting of Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann, a meeting was held for about three hours between the ADG of Punjab Police and Tihar Jail officials in which the protocol of the Chief Minister, his security and the jail manual were discussed. Special security arrangements have been made in Tihar Jail for this meeting of Bhagwant Mann and Kejriwal.

'Kejriwal wants President's rule in Delhi'

On the other hand, BJP is adamant on the demand for Kejriwal's resignation. BJP alleges that due to Kejriwal's stubbornness, Delhi is in trouble. BJP is continuously protesting against Kejriwal running the government from jail. BJP demands that Kejriwal immediately resign from the post of CM.. Apart from this, hearing will also be held today on the CBI remand case of Kavita regarding the link between Delhi government and South's liquor lobby in the liquor scam. CBI team. Kavita will be presented in the Rouse Avenue court today because there are still many questions for which the CBI team is yet to find answers. Have not met Kavita.
