Kejriwal has said in his petition that "my arrest is an attack on the principles of democracy based on fair elections." ED has done this to attack the freedom of political opponents. ED does not have any material on the basis of which an offense under Section 19 of PMLA can be inferred. The arrest made by the ED is based solely on the contradictory statements of the co-accused. These co-accused have now become government witnesses.

Two CMs of AAP will meet in Tihar
