Assam Bus Accident / Terrible accident in Assam, 14 killed, 27 injured in bus-truck collision

Assam Bus Accident: A major accident took place in Assam on Wednesday morning. 14 people died while 27 were injured in the collision between a bus and a truck. This horrific road accident happened at five in the morning. Police said that the bus was taking Balijan from Athkhelia when it collided with a truck laden with coal. Police said that the bus carrying 45 passengers had left for picnic at around 3 o'clock.

The bus met with an accident shortly before reaching the destination. A truck loaded with coal was coming from Margherita. Then there was a fierce clash between the two. Police said that 14 people died on the spot in this accident. The bodies have been sent for postmortem. All the injured have been admitted to Jorhat Medical College. Officials said that the condition of all the injured is said to be bad.

Many lost their lives in different accidents
