The Meteorological Department also said that there is a possibility of dust storm at isolated places in western Rajasthan between May 22 and 24. The department has predicted gusty winds reaching 30 to 40 kmph in the western state.

IMD tweeted, "Light/moderate rain with widespread to thunderstorm/lightning/strong winds very likely at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand."
