Delhi Liquor Scam Case: Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh, arrested in Delhi Liquor Scam case, has expressed fear of an encounter in the court. When I asked where he was taking me, he told me that he was taking me to Tughlaq Road police station. After this I asked whether he told the judge? So he said that the call has come from above. Sanjay Singh said that if ED was ready on October 3 itself, then why was pesticide not done earlier? Said to be taken out at 10:30 pm on the first day and at 9:30 pm on the second day. Tell me, on whose instructions was the preparation to send me up? Sanjay said that they told you in front that they were ready to keep him in the ED office but after going there they talked about taking him out to the police station. Sanjay Singh said that if they take me outside and encounter me, then to whom will I answer?

Court extended ED's custody till October 13

Rouse Avenue Court has extended the ED custody of Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh till October 13. ED had demanded before the court to extend the custody period of Sanjay Singh by 5 days, after which the court has extended the period of custody by three days. During the appearance, the court had allowed Sanjay Singh's family and lawyer to meet for 10 minutes.

Sanjay Singh is not giving correct answers to the questions

On the other hand, the lawyer appearing for ED said that Sanjay Singh is not giving correct answers to the questions in custody. He is not cooperating in the investigation. When he was asked about the phone's data, he did not give any satisfactory answer to that either. In response to the court's question, the lawyer appearing for ED said that recently a raid has been conducted in Chandigarh, the statement of the businessman on whose behalf the raid was conducted has been recorded and he has given some important information, Which cannot be disclosed at this time.

The Enforcement Directorate informed that the investigating agency has evidence of demand for bribe in this case. ED is investigating these allegations. ED recorded the statement of a businessman. It cannot be disclosed in the court right now. ED told the court that bribe was demanded to clear the licenses of liquor traders. ED said that Sanjay Singh's close aide Sarvesh Mishra is also not cooperating in the investigation. ED said that a new summons has been issued to Sarvesh Mishra for tomorrow.
