Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has suffered a big shock. Rouse Avenue Court has refused to stay the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal. Along with this, the court has sent the Delhi CM to ED custody for 6 days. Kejriwal will now be presented in the court on March 28. Let us tell you that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested late Thursday evening by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the alleged Delhi liquor scam.

During the hearing in Rouse Avenue Court, Assistant Solicitor General Raju, on behalf of ED, said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is the main conspirator in this entire case. Kejriwal conspired with other leaders. Kejriwal was directly involved in implementing the new liquor policy in Delhi. There are many allegations in this entire case under PMLA. The expert committee, whose job was to gather opinions for the policy, did not do any work.

Assistant Solicitor General Raju said that Manish Sisodia has also played a key role in the case. Sisodia's bail has been rejected by the Supreme Court. ASG told the court, Manish Sisodia called Vijay Nair to Kejriwal's house and gave him documents related to liquor policy. Vijay Nair, Arvind Kejriwal and K. Was working for Kavita and was playing the role of middle man in South Group. Not only this, Vinay Nair lived near the Chief Minister's residence, he was the media in-charge of AAP Party.

40 crore transfer through hawala in Goa

Assistant Solicitor General Raju said, Rs 40 crore was transferred through Hawala in Goa. Prince Kumar had received money from Sagar Patel for Goa elections. This is confirmed by his call records. A person named Charanpreet Singh had arranged money for the Aam Aadmi Party in Goa. He worked with Vijay Nair's company Chariot Media.

Charanpreet Singh was appointed by the Delhi government for PR at a monthly salary of Rs 55,000. ED said that we also have chats, which confirm this. Not only this, most of the liquor sellers have made cash payment to the maximum extent. ED told the court that all the work of Kejriwal was done by Vijay Nair. His job was to collect cash and threaten people.

ED said- Kejriwal's brain behind the entire crime

Assistant Solicitor General told the court, Aam Aadmi Party has been the beneficiary in this case but the party has no existence of its own. ED believes that AAP is a company, every person involved in its functioning is involved in excise policy money laundering. Therefore, in this case, Arvind Kejriwal not only got personal benefit but also being the party chief, his role in the crime becomes bigger. Kejriwal is responsible for the running of the party, he is the national convenor and is responsible for the party at the national level, hence the ED is calling him the kingpin. Kejriwal was the brain behind the entire crime.

The question is why Kejriwal was arrested – Singhvi

Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for CM Kejriwal, said there should be a connection between someone being made guilty and the evidence available with the ED. The question is why was there a need to arrest Delhi CM Kejriwal? Protesting against the arrest, he said that 80 percent of the people did not even mention Kejriwal's name. He has not even said that he has ever met Kejriwal.

He said that if someone working under my complainant gives a statement against me, can it be considered as evidence. ED does not have any evidence that can be physically presented in the court. ED has obtained statements through barter. He said that for political vendetta, ED is being misused.
