ASG told the court, Manish Sisodia called Vijay Nair to Kejriwal's house and gave him documents related to liquor policy. Vijay Nair, Arvind Kejriwal and K. Was working for Kavita and was playing the role of middle man in South Group. Not only this, Vinay Nair lived near the Chief Minister's residence, he was the media in-charge of AAP Party.
40 crore transfer through hawala in GoaAssistant Solicitor General Raju said, Rs 40 crore was transferred through Hawala in Goa. Prince Kumar had received money from Sagar Patel for Goa elections. Kejriwal is responsible for the running of the party, he is the national convenor and is responsible for the party at the national level, hence the ED is calling him the kingpin. Kejriwal was the brain behind the entire crime.
The question is why Kejriwal was arrested – SinghviSenior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for CM Kejriwal, said there should be a connection between someone being made guilty and the evidence available with the ED.
