Delhi: It has been decided to impose Section-144 in Kota district of Rajasthan for a month. Kota District Collector Harimohan Meena has issued an order to impose Section-144 on Saturday with a view to maintain social harmony and check anti-social elements in the district. This order will be in force from 6 am on Sunday 19th June till 12 midnight of 18th July. This order will be followed in Kota city and rural areas.

The District Collector has said in his order that efforts are being made to disturb social harmony by anti-social elements on social media, to stop which this step has been taken in the district.

People can't get together in one place

The District Collector has also said in his order that 5 or more than 5 people cannot gather together anywhere in the limits of the district. Along with this, no organization, organization or community meeting will be organized and there will be no procession or demonstration anywhere. Also, the arrival of any outside political, social and religious persons in the district will not be allowed without the administration. The district police have also been alerted to ensure strict compliance of Section-144. At the same time, the police is also constantly monitoring the social media.

Minister Dhariwal and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in Kota

According to the information, these days UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla are on a tour of Kota, where they are also participating in many programs. In such a situation, ordering Section-144 creates doubts among people somewhere. At the same time, no statement has been issued by the responsibilities of any political party regarding Section-144.

Section 144 has been blown many times

Darsal, section-144 has been imposed several times in Kota district, in which demonstration, procession, picketing and demonstration have also been completely banned. Even after this, demonstrations and processions were organized in Kota district on behalf of Congress, BJP and other political parties, but no action was taken by the administration. In such a situation, once again how much difference the order of section 144 will make on the district, this is a big question.
