Earlier, on Sunday, Dr. Agarwal's 2D Echo and Trop-T tests, conducted while he was in the cardiac ICU, also returned negative, indicating no cardiac abnormalities.

Bribery Case and Suspension

Dr. Manish Agarwal was arrested red-handed by an ACB team on October 9 for accepting a bribe of Rs 1 lakh at his residence. He was accused of demanding a bribe in exchange for passing bills worth Rs 12. 50 lakh for a company supplying brain coils.
