CM Kejriwal: ED has once again sent summons to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. This is the sixth summons sent to Kejriwal by the investigating agency in the alleged liquor scam case of Delhi. In this, Kejriwal has been called for questioning on 19 February. Before this, five summons have been sent by ED to Delhi CM. Earlier, the fifth summons was issued by ED to Kejriwal on February 2, in which the date of hearing was fixed for February 7. When Kejriwal did not reach the ED office, the investigating agency approached the court. After this, summons were sent by Rouse Avenue Court and asked to appear in the court on 17th February.

I will open as many schools in Delhi as the summons sent to me: Kejriwal

Earlier, Kejriwal had said that providing quality education is the aim of his government and he will open as many schools in the national capital as the investigating agencies will send him summons.

After laying the foundation stone of a government school building in Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Kejriwal alleged that the BJP-led central government has deployed all its investigative agencies against him as if he was the country's 'biggest terrorist'.

Let us inform that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader has been asked to appear in a Delhi court on February 17 in connection with a case filed against him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Kejriwal has avoided five summons issued to him by the federal agency for questioning in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam.

When were the summons sent?

ED is continuously sending summons to Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged liquor scam case, before this the fifth summon was sent on 2 February, before that the fourth summon was sent on 17 February, the third summon was on 3 January, the second summon was sent on 21 December and the first The summons was served on 2 November. However, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal did not go to the ED office. After the fifth summons, it was claimed by the Aam Aadmi Party that the ED wanted to arrest Arvind Kejriwal by calling him fraudulently.
