REET Exam / Fear of paper leak in REET Mains exam, net ban in 7 districts including Jaipur

REET Exam: The genie of paper leak has once again come out in Rajasthan. A gang has been busted in Jodhpur on the very first day of the main examination of REET. This gang was solving papers even before the commencement of the examination at Marriage Garden on Banad Road. These include 19 boys and 10 girls. All have been taken into custody. The question papers received from them are being checked whether they match with today's question papers or not. At the same time, in seven districts of the state, the internet has been stopped in a hurry.

On the developments in Jodhpur, the Chairman of the Staff Board has said that there is no such thing as a paper leak as of now. Police is investigating the matter, it is too early to say anything.

Here, there is also information about dummy candidates being caught in Jaipur. It is being told that the SOG team has caught them from different centres.

Booked 3 rooms in marriage home

According to the information, the accused had booked 3 rooms in the marriage home. All the accused caught here were being made to solve paper. DCP Amrita Duhan told that at 1.30 pm on Friday night, the gang had booked at the Udaygarh marriage home on Banad Road.

The marriage ceremony was already going on in the marriage home. Therefore, on receiving the information, the police raided in civil dress at 4.30 am. Police have seized laptops, printers and mobiles. The police entered inside by breaking the doors.

In this, white paper, sheet, pen etc. have been found from 29 people. It is alleged that some of these candidates were also given entry by the police at different centers at 10 am. The police argued that the candidates were late due to the police investigation, so they got admission.

Whereas, 2 dummy candidates have been caught in Jaipur. Two youths who came to appear for Level-1 exam in place of someone else at two examination centers in Jaipur have been detained.

A dummy candidate, who is said to be a resident of Jhunjhunu, has been caught at Kamla Devi Budhia School in Hirapura, Ajmer Road. At the same time, the second dummy candidate has been caught at Amer's center.

Stirred by sudden net ban

At the same time, after Bharatpur, suddenly orders have been issued to shut down the net in six more districts including Jaipur. Jaipur, Bharatpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Tonk and Alwar are among the districts where net shutdown will remain till 6 pm today and from 6 am to 6 pm tomorrow. Net will remain closed from 11 am to 6 pm today. Tomorrow the net will be closed from 6 am to 6 pm.

Meanwhile, the first shift exam of Level 1 is over at 12 noon. Now the Level-2 Science-Maths exam will start at 2:30 pm, for which candidates will be given entry till 1:30 pm. In fact, for the first time in Rajasthan, the REET-Mains i.e. Teacher Recruitment Examination, which is going to be held on 48,000 posts, has started from today. Apart from Jaipur, centers have been set up in 11 districts of the state for the five-day exam.

Candidate kept crying, did not get entry

The board has issued an order to close the entry one hour before the scheduled time to prevent any disturbance in the exam. At the same time, entry was not given to those who reached late by a minute or two.

At many centers including Alwar, Jaipur, the candidates who reached late in the morning shift kept on crying and begging but they could not get admission.

At the same time, before this the paper centers were then transported amidst tight security and even after thorough checking the candidates were given admission.

Actually, the examination of four shifts to be held on February 25 and February 26 will be held in 11 districts. These districts include Jaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Kota, Ganganagar, Tonk and Udaipur. After this, on February 27-28, in four shifts and on March 1, in one shift i.e. a total of 5 shifts, the exam will be held only in Jaipur.

Trying to sell fake answers

Two youths have been arrested in Bikaner on charges of paper cheating. In this, one Rajaram runs a coaching center in Muralidhar Vyas Colony, Bikaner, while the other Sitaram is a resident of Sanvatsar village of Sridungargarh (Bikaner). Police has recovered one lakh rupees and three checks from both of them. Police alleges that Havaldar and CRPF were trying to sell fake answer keys of SI recruitment exam. These accused were on the target of the police due to disturbances in the reet exam. When they were caught, the whole matter was revealed.

7 days free travel in rajasthan roadway

More than 8 lakh candidates are expected to appear in the teacher recruitment exam going to be held for 48 thousand posts in Rajasthan. In such a situation, the Rajasthan government has given the relief of free travel in roadways buses for the movement of the candidates.

Under this, from February 24 to March 2, candidates will be able to travel free of cost anywhere in the state by showing their admit card in the Rajasthan border. However, this facility will be available only in Blue Line buses of Rajasthan Roadways.
