New Parliament: The country will get a new Parliament House on Sunday, 28 May. It will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The central government has made all the preparations to make the inauguration ceremony grand. The inauguration program of the new Parliament House will be held in two phases. The first phase will run from 7.30 am to 9.30 am. That is, about two hours. The second phase of the inauguration program will run from 12 noon to 2.30 pm, that is, about two and a half hours. The construction of the new Parliament House is part of the Central Vista Project. Till now, along with the new parliament building, the work of duty path has been completed. Apart from this, the work of construction of buildings like Central Secretariat, Executive Enclave, National Museum is going on. According to sources, the inauguration program will last for about four and a half hours in two phases.

What will be the programs in the first round?

There will be a program of Havan and Puja from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. The pandal for worship will be set up near the Gandhi idol.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman, along with ministers of the Central Government will be present in this puja.

After worship, Sengol will be installed inside the Lok Sabha between 8:30 am and 9:00 am.

There will be a prayer meeting between 9 am to 9:30 am. Sages and saints will be present in this prayer meeting.

Savarkar wreath laying program will also be organized at 10:30 am. Many leaders will participate in this program.

After the programs of the first phase, there will be a break of about two and a half hours.

What will be the programs in the second round?

The second phase of the program will start at 12 noon. The beginning will be done with the national anthem.

After this, two short films will be screened.

The Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha will read the message of the President and the Vice President.

According to the schedule, the Leader of the Opposition is also to address the Rajya Sabha, although the opposition has announced a boycott. After this, the Lok Sabha Speaker will also address the House.

A coin and stamp will be released during the event.

At the end, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address.

The program will conclude between 2 to 2:30 pm.
