Union Railways and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced on Thursday that Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, is set to get a modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) hub and a state-of-the-art data center, while vaishnaw stated that discussions are underway with Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma to finalize the land for these ambitious projects. Training and Employment for 5,000 Youth

Addressing the "Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan" program organized by BJP Jaipur City at Adarsh Vidya Mandir, Amba. Bari, Minister Vaishnaw reiterated plans to open an electronics manufacturing center in collaboration with Laghu Udyog Bharti. This center aims to provide training to approximately 5,000 youths, equipping them with essential skills for the growing electronics sector and creating new employment opportunities. The event was attended by prominent figures including Law Minister Jogaram Patel, Cooperative Minister Gautam Dak, MP Manju Sharma, and Mayor Kusum Yadav.

Vande Bharat: A Symbol of Self-Reliant India

Vaishnaw emphasized Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India), highlighting India's transformation from a mobile phone importer to a manufacturer of 'Made in India' mobile phones within a decade. He shared an anecdote about the Japanese Rail Minister's recent trip to India, where he was highly impressed by the stability and features of the Vande Bharat train during a journey from Surat to Mumbai. Vaishnaw proudly declared Vande Bharat and semiconductors as symbols of India's indigenous technological prowess, asserting that "Vande Bharat is shaking the world today.

Empowering Through Self-Employment

As part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat campaign, BJP Jaipur City initiated a self-employment drive, connecting 54 poor and needy families with livelihoods. Minister Vaishnaw personally distributed essential materials such as trolley rickshaws, weighing machines, welding equipment, and grocery items to these families, many of whom were widows and destitute, to help them start their own businesses. Law Minister Jogaram Patel lauded this initiative as a significant step by the district unit, setting an example for others to follow.
