Key Electoral Commitments

Yadav's first major promise is to grant government employee status to Jeevika Didis, increasing their monthly salary from Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000. He stated that Jeevika Didis have faced injustice for years and his government would ensure their permanent employment. The second big announcement involves regularizing all contract workers, citing their exploitation—physical, mental, and financial—which his administration would end by making them permanent. The third crucial pledge is to provide one government job to a member of every family in Bihar.

When questioned about the ongoing disputes within the INDIA alliance, Tejashwi Yadav stated he would address the matter 'tomorrow.
