New Delhi: Delhi Metro services have resumed from Monday (June 7) after nearly three weeks after the cases of Coronavirus in the national capital decreased. Although people are not allowed to travel standing inside the metro, but with the commencement of metro operation, people have started breaking the prescribed rules.

Know the rules before traveling in Delhi Metro

Delhi Metro has been started with new rules. Officials said that only 50 percent of the passengers will be able to sit in the metro and traveling standing will not be allowed. The operation of the metro train has started from its scheduled time at 6 am and only half of the trains will be operated on different lines of the metro. Commuters will get Metro every five to 15 minutes. Explain that due to the lockdown imposed due to Kovid-19, the services of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) were completely suspended on 20 May.
