This time too he has contested the Lok Sabha elections from Hassan seat. Now, in view of the huge uproar in this matter, JDS has suspended Prajwal Revanna from the party. This decision has been taken after the meeting of the core committee of JDS. Along with this, show cause notice has also been sent to Prajwal Revanna.

We are not going to save Revanna- Kumaraswamy

Former Karnataka CM and JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy has also given a statement on the obscene video case involving MP Prajwal Revanna. Kumar Swamy said that we are not going to save Revanna. We will take serious action but the responsibility lies with the government. He said that not only as an uncle but also as a common man of the country, we have to move forward. This is a shameful issue. Kumaraswamy asked who is running the government? They have to reveal the real picture, the government has to reveal the ground reality, not me.

Trick to destroy the family's image- Kumaraswamy

JDS leader HD Kumaraswamy has also attacked the Congress party in the whole matter. Kumaraswamy said that this is a ploy by Congress to destroy the image of our family. He said, what is the role of Deve Gowda ji or me in this matter? Kumaraswamy further said that he is not in touch with Prajwal Revanna. It is the responsibility of the government to bring Revanna to justice.
