IND vs SA: The second match of the Test series between India and South Africa is being played from today at Newlands Stadium in Cape Town. South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first. Dean Elgar is captaining South Africa in the second test. He is playing the last match of his career, he had announced his retirement even before the series. Temba Bavuma is not playing the second test due to injury in the first test.

Playing-11 of both the teams

India: Rohit Sharma (captain), Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wicketkeeper), Ravindra Jadeja, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Mukesh Kumar and Prasidh Krishna.

South Africa: Dean Elgar (captain), Aiden Markram, Tony DeGeorge, Tristan Stubbs, David Bedingham, Kyle Varian (wicketkeeper), Marco Yanson, Kagiso Rabada, Lungi Ngidi, Nandre Berger.

Dean Elgar said-

I just play to win. Maybe winning the World Cup could be a bigger thing than this but, I never got to play the World Cup, so for me this is the World Cup. I want to win the series by winning the last match of my career.

Jadeja included in playing-11

Team India's Ravindra Jadeja has got a chance in the second test. Jadeja could not play in the first test due to injury. Ravichandran Ashwin got a chance in his place but he could not make an impact with both bat and ball. Jadeja was seen practicing with the team only after the end of the first Test, so he may get a chance today.

Mukesh Kumar gets a chance

Team India's fast bowler Mukesh Kumar has been included in the team for the second test. He has got a chance in place of Shardul Thakur.
