New Delhi: The Supreme Court will give its verdict on Tuesday at 10:30 am on the plea of the opposition parties (Shiv Sena, NCP-Congress) amidst political chaos in Maharashtra. The court on Monday reserved the decision after listening to the arguments of all the parties for one and a half hours. The opposition has demanded a floor test in 24 hours. The center said that the floor test is the best, but it is not necessary that it should be done in 24 hours only. On this, the NCP-Congress lawyer said that when both the parties want the floor test, why is it delayed? The NCP-Congress had applied for the submission of letters of support of 154 MLAs during the hearing, but the court did not allow it. On this the opposition parties had to withdraw the affidavit.

Solicitors General Tushar Mehta (Center), Kapil Sibal (Shiv Sena), Abhishek Manu Singhvi (NCP-Congress), Mukul Rohatgi (Devendra Fadnavis), Maninder Singh (Ajit Pawar) in front of the Bench of Justice NV Ramana, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice Sanjeev Khanna. ) Had submitted arguments. The Center has demanded the Supreme Court not to have a judicial review of Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's decision to lift President's rule and take oath.

After the Supreme Court's decision, the opposition parties in Maharashtra will decide the strategy ahead. On the other hand, NCP chief Sharad Pawar may take a decision regarding Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Because, on Monday, senior NCP leader Chhagan went to celebrate Bhujbal Ajit. After coming out, Bhujbal only said that he has appealed to Ajit to resign from the post of Deputy Chief Minister and return to the party.
