Gujrat | A horrifying incident of gang rape has come to light in Godra area of ​​Surat city of Gujarat. Here a girl of Madhya Pradesh origin and her lover were taken hostage and made a victim of their lust. The incident of gang-rape took place on Sunday, after being revealed on Tuesday, the Punagam police have registered a case and started searching for the accused youths.

It is being told that on Sunday, a 27-year-old girl had gone for a walk with her lover. Both were going from Devadh Radhuveer Bazar to Kumbhariya village on Somsom road late in the evening. During that time, five youths who came there surrounded him and intimidated him and forcibly took him with him to the nearby banana field.

Here the accused beat up and tied the girl's lover. Thereafter, the girl was gang-raped. After the rape, they threatened both of them with death if they told anything about it to anyone and fled. After their departure, somehow both of them came out of the field and came to the young man's bike. The young man dropped the girl at his house in the night. When the girl reached her home, she did not tell anything about it to anyone.

But the very next day she reached Limbayat police station to file a complaint of gangrape. First, to hide his affair, he told the incident by twisting the police. But after investigation, when the police asked again, he narrated the reality. On Tuesday, the police got the medical done and registered a case of gang rape. The girl told that the accused had snatched the mobile phones of the girl and her lover. At present, the police is involved in the investigation.
