Aam Aadmi Party's Bhagwant Mann will take oath as the 25th Chief Minister of Punjab on Wednesday at Khatkarkalan village in Nawanshahr. The ceremony will start at 11.30 pm. Punjab Governor Banbari Lal Purohit will administer the oath of office to him. Many big political figures including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be present in the ceremony.

Special arrangements have been made to make the ceremony special. More than two lakh people have been claimed to have come from all over Punjab. Arrangements have been made for one lakh people to stay behind the martyr memorial, while a pandal will be set up in an area of ​​six and a half acres on the memorial land. Before the swearing-in ceremony, Bhagwant Mann has invited people by releasing a video.

Through the video, Mann said that not only me, three crore people of Punjab will also take oath with me. Together we have to fulfill the dreams of Bhagat Singh and we will implement his vision on March 16. Mann further said, I have not become the only Chief Minister. You all have become chief ministers. Now you will have your own government.

I urge my brothers and friends to wear Basanti colored turban and sisters to wear Basanti colored dupatta on that day. We will change Khatkarkalan to Basanti color on that day. Delhi Chief Minister and National Convener of Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, MP Sanjay Singh, party's Punjab in-charge Raghav Chadha will attend the swearing-in ceremony of Bhagwant Mann.

Invitations have also been sent from the Aam Aadmi Party to former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Captain Amarinder Singh, Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu. Comedians Kapil Sharma and Raju Srivastava are also expected to attend the function.

It was told by the party leaders that leaders of other states have also been invited to the function, including the names of many big political faces including West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
