Punjab government has taken two big decisions regarding education. CM Bhagwant Mann said that the private schools of the state have been ordered not to increase the admission fee in this semester. This will come into force with immediate effect. In the second judgment, Bhagwant Mann said that no private school will ask parents to go to a particular shop to buy uniforms and books. Schools will make their books and uniforms available at all the shops in that area, parents can buy from any shop of their choice. Mann said that education in Punjab has become so expensive that it is becoming out of reach of common people. We will not allow the third eye of man to become a business.

In the assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party had guaranteed to bring many changes in the field of education. There was also a dispute between the then Education Minister Pargat Singh and Manish Sisodia on the issue of education. AAP had won a thumping victory in the Viss elections.

Bhagwant Mann, who took over as CM on March 16, has taken many important decisions. Earlier, they have announced to give 25,000 government jobs. Along with this, 35 thousand temporary employees have also been announced to be permanent. At the same time, anti-corruption helpline number 9501 200 200 has been issued by the government to prevent corruption. Apart from this, home delivery of ration has also been announced. The government itself will deliver ration at home.
