At the end of the video, the serviceman was seen breaking the woman's phone, in which the incident was captured.

SGPC general secretary clarified

After the matter came to the fore, now the statement of Gurcharan Singh Grewal, General Secretary of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee ie SGPC, who has taken charge of the Golden Temple, has come to the fore. He said, "The flag made by the child was not the national flag as it did not have the Ashok Chakra. It could have been the flag of the Congress or any other political party. I apologize for the officer's behaviour.

The person asked - this is not India...

It can be seen in the video that a man is asking the serviceman why you did not let the woman inside. On this the serviceman said that this is the flag. On this the person asks that this is not India, then the servant says that no, this is Punjab. There is an argument between the two on this.
