Parliament Winter Session: Lalit Jha, accused in the case of attack on Parliament House with smoke cracker on December 13, has also been arrested. Lalit Jha is the person who was standing outside the Parliament House and making a video of the protest by Neelam and Amol at the time of the smoke cracker attack. The phones of the four accused were with Lalit Jha, with which he had absconded. Lalit Jha was being said to be the mastermind of the incident, but according to the information that has now come to light, it is not him but a person named Mahesh Kumawat who is the mastermind.

Mahesh has been taken into custody. He works in Rajasthan. Mahesh is also associated with Bhagat Singh fan club. Mahesh is the person with whom Lalit reached here after running away from Delhi. Both are said to be friends. It was Mahesh who got Lalit a room in the hotel. Lalit was continuously keeping an eye on everything from there. When he realized that several police teams were searching for him, he came back to Delhi and surrendered before the Delhi Police.

On the other hand, accused Lalit Jha was interrogated for several hours late at night. Many inspectors of special cell including 2 DCP and Additional CP interrogated him. According to sources, accused Lalit Jha told the entire story to the Special Cell officials. According to sources, preparations were being made several months ago. The pass was necessary to enter Parliament, so it was not available. The accused had asked everyone among their friends who could arrange a pass so that they could enter the Parliament comfortably.

Phone thrown in rajasthan

Lalit Jha destroyed the phones of all his colleagues in Rajasthan. He along with Mahesh burnt the phone. Lalit had the phones of accused Amol, Manoranjan, Sagar and Neelam. He was also continuously making videos from his phone. But after going to Rajasthan he destroyed all the phones.

Continuous interrogation of the accused

The Special Cell team was continuously searching for Lalit. First of all the Special Cell came to know that Lalit Jha was in Neemrana but by the time the Special Cell reached there, Lalit Jha had absconded. Sources in the Special Cell say that Lalit Jha reached Nagaur from there and met his two friends and then stayed in the hotel for the night and when he came to know that the police would catch him, he again came to Delhi and lodged in the duty path police station. He surrendered himself, after which the Special Cell arrested him.

All the arrested accused have been kept in the office of New Friends Colony by the Special Cell of Delhi Police and they are being continuously interrogated. At present, six accused have been arrested so far in this entire case.
