The three accused had a fight with the victim's brother in the street of his house and the victim arrived to save her brother. The accused escaped from the scene after the incident.

After receiving information about the case, Fatehpur Beri police station, after the victim's statement, registered a case under relevant sections and started investigating and arrested the three accused, Naveen, Yogesh and Baljeet alias Monu. All the three accused are residents of Aya Nagar and work as a property dealer.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Atul Kumar Thakur said that the victim lives in South Delhi with her family. The victim has stated in her statement to the police that she was present at her house on the late night of March 18. During this time she heard her brother's voice and she came out. Where he saw three young men in an SUV quarreling with his brother. The victim immediately reached her brother and tried to save him. Seeing this, the accused started misbehaving with the victim. The accused beat the victim and forcibly put him in his car.

The accused carried out the gang-rape incident after putting him in the car. During the incident, the accused's brother was caught there by the accused. After the incident, the accused threatened to kill the victim and his brother and escaped from there. After the miscreants left, the victim herself called the police and informed the police about the case. After the information, the police team reached the spot, after getting the victim's medical, started searching for the case accused on her statement.

Accused caught by SUV

Given the seriousness of the matter, a separate team of SI Manjeet, Satendra and Laxman and women SI Nitesh was formed under the leadership of SHO Kuldeep Singh. The police team was still collecting information about the accused that a robbery call was also received by the police. In this case too, the number of vehicles and the accused were the same. In such a situation, the police team started investigating both the cases simultaneously. During the investigation, the CCTV footage took the number of the car of the accused and identified them with his help. After identification, the police gathered information about the accused from their family members and raided the forest area and nabbed the three accused.

The robbery took place after the gang rape

The police officer said that the accused escaped after committing the gang rape incident. But the accused again committed a crime at a distance. This time some laborers unloading the bricks from the truck in Aya Nagar G block became victims of the accused. The accused beat these workers fiercely and looted 30 thousand rupees, purse and their documents from them. After committing the crime, the accused absconded from here. After which the truck driver reported the matter to the police. In both cases, the number of accused and the vehicle turned out to be the same.

All three accused had gone to the house party

The accused said during interrogation that the three accused live in the same area and are long-time friends. The trio often partyed together. On the night of the incident, the three went out of the house only to party. After the party, the three drank in the car and were roaming with the car. At the same time, he found the victim's brother, who forbade him to abuse her. After which the three accused started quarreling with him. After the quarrel, the three committed the crime and then went into the forest area and got caught.
