PAK vs WI 2nd ODI: Pakistan took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series after registering a massive 120-run win over West Indies in the second ODI. The first match of the series was won by the hosts by 5 wickets. In the second match played in Multan, Pakistan scored 275 runs in front of West Indies for the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs on the basis of half-centuries from Imam-ul-Haq (72) and Babar Azam (77). In front of this score, the visiting team was bundled out for 155 runs. Mohammad Nawaz took the highest four wickets for Pakistan and was awarded the Man of the Match award.

Taylor holds the record for scoring 628 runs in 6 consecutive innings, while Kohli scored 617 runs in the same number of innings. Babar Azam could only reach 614 runs with these 77 runs and he was just 4 runs behind breaking Kohli's record.West Indies were bundled out for 155 runsChasing the target of 276 runs, Shaheen Afridi gave the first blow to the West Indies team in the very first over in the form of Shay Hope. But after this, Kyle Meyers (33) and Shamrah Brooks (42) took over the team with half-century partnership.
