Attack / Son stabs mother six times in Gurugram, woman's condition critical

A youth living in Shivpuri area attacked the 60-year-old mother with a knife six times late on Thursday night with the intention of killing her. Hearing the cries of the elderly woman, the local people gathered, seeing that the accused fled. The woman fell unconscious in a pool of blood, which was taken to the government hospital by the people. His condition is quite critical. The police have not received any complaint in this matter so far.

New Colony police station in-charge Rajesh Yadav said that on the basis of information received from the informer, the police team reached the hospital, where it came to know that a young man had adopted the woman with a knife. Police preliminary investigation revealed that 60-year-old elderly woman Bina Bhandari lives in Shivpuri Colony.

His son is Manish Bhandari, whose wife lives separately from him in Manesar. At around 10.30 pm, she was walking in the street outside the house after having eaten food. Meanwhile, Manish came and started talking to his mother. During this, he attacked his mother with a knife. Police suspect that the accused is mentally ill, who is absconding after the incident.

Property dispute investigation from angle

Police is closely investigating every point in this case. Police investigation also revealed that the woman has a property, which is worth about one crore. There is a tussle between the son and the daughter-in-law over the same property dispute. Property dispute can also be behind the attack on the woman.
