Ramlala's life consecration ritual will begin today with atonement puja

Before the consecration of Lord Ram Lala, a golden gate has been installed in the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple. A layer of gold has been plated on teak wood. Right in front of this gate is the sanctum sanctorum of Lord Ramlala, from here the devotees will have the darshan of Ramlala. At the same time, the Pran Pratishtha ritual is going to start from today which will continue till January 22. All the rituals of Ramlala's life consecration ceremony will be completed by 121 Acharyas under the leadership of Acharya Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid of Varanasi and Chief Acharya Laxmikant Dixit of Kashi. On January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present at the consecration of Lord Ram Lalla.

Pran Pratistha ritual will continue for 7 days

• 16 January: The ritual of consecration of Ram Lalla is going to start from today. Acharya will perform the rituals of penance and Karmakuti worship.
• January 17: The idol of Ramlala will enter the temple premises after city tour.
• 18 January: Ramlala will be brought to the sanctum sanctorum for the first time and the ritual of consecration will begin from this day.
• 18 January: There will be pilgrimage worship, water journey, water stay, adhivas.
• January 19: In the morning there will be Aushadhivas, Kesaradhivas, Ghritadhivas and in the evening there will be Dhanyadhivas.
• January 20: In the morning there will be Shakharadhivas and Fruits Festival and in the evening there will be Pushpadhivas.
• January 21: There will be Madhyadhivas in the morning and Sayyadhivas in the evening.
• January 21: Ram Lala will be bathed with 125 urns along with special puja and havan.
• 22 January: A cultural i.e. auspicious program was organized at 10 am. After this, the idol of Ramlala will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum on January 22 in the afternoon in Mrigashira Nakshatra.
