States have given relaxation

One of the reasons behind the arrival of such a huge number of tourists is that the states withdrew the decision to have negative report of Corona and e-pass for entry because the population there depends to a large extent on tourism.

Amit Kashyap, director, tourism department told news agency ANI, "After the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions in June, we have received around 6 to 7 lakh tourists in the state so far. Due to heat wave in the northern part of the country, we have received around 6 to 7 lakh tourists. The influx has increased."
