Alipov, in a post on 'X', referred to the March 22 attack on a concert hall in a suburb of Moscow that killed 144 people as a terrorist act. He said, "The embassy is receiving condolence messages regarding the huge loss of life in the terrorist attack on March 22 near Moscow." Ambassador Denis Alipov also appreciated the sentiments shown by the people of India and other countries towards the victims, their families and the Russian government. Expressing his solidarity with the people of Russia, PM Modi had strongly condemned the heinous terrorist attack and said, 'Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims. In this hour of grief, India stands in solidarity with the government and people of Russia.
