Rajasthan High Court issued notice on the public interest petition regarding the demand for accepting all reporters and giving equal benefits. On Monday, the High Court was a public interest petition, in which all press and media personnel should be considered as frontline Kovid Warriors and given the same benefit, the Secretary of Information and Public Relations Department, Secretary of the Chief Secretary and Finance Department The notice issued.

This petition was filed by petitioner Chandrasekhar Vyas. On which Rajasthan High Court's Chief Justice Indrajit Mahanti and Justice Vineet Kumar Mathur, the Bench of Hearing on Monday. The lobbying lawyer of the petitioner Rajwendra Saraswat did.

In the PIL, all media and press workers were demanded to give equal benefits to accepting the Frontline Kovid Warrior and being affected by Covid-19.

The petitioner demanded that the government does not discriminate in notified and non-urgent journalists and give 50 lakh rupees compensation to the families of Corona infected dead journalists, even if they are notified or not.
