Rajasthan IAS-RAS Transfer List: In the first major administrative reshuffle, the Bhajan Lal government has transferred 72 officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Collectors of 36 districts have been changed in the list released late night. At the same time, heads of many big departments have also changed. Churu Collector Siddharth Sihag has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to CM. Along with this, transfer list of 121 officers of Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) has also been released.

Tarachand Meena has been made APO in the list of IAS officers. At the same time, Udaipur Divisional Commissioner Rajendra Bhatt, Agriculture and Panchayati Raj Department Commissioner Kanhaiya Lal Swami and Devasthan Department Commissioner Kumari Pragya Kewalramani have been given additional charge.

Collectors of 27 old and 9 new districts have been changed. Old districts include Baran, Banswara, Dholpur, Hanumangarh, Churu, Jodhpur, Pali, Bhilwara, Alwar, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jhalawar, Chittorgarh, Kota, Dungarpur, Jhunjhunu, Sirohi, Sawai Madhopur, Dausa, Sikar, Rajsamand, Karauli, Pratapgarh, Sawai Madhopur. Collectors of Tonk, Bundi, Rajsamand have been transferred.

Collectors of these new districts changed

Collectors of Kekdi, Balotra, Phalodi, Anupgarh, Behror, Didwana-Kuchaman, Gangapur City, Salumber, Beawar have been changed.

Posting to 6 APO IAS including Tina Dabi's sister

6 APO IAS including Tina Dabi's sister Riya Dabi have been given posting. In this, Gaurav Budania has been appointed as SDM Beawar, Riya Dabi as SDM Girwa, Ravi Kumar as SDM Bharatpur, Awhad Nivritti Somnath as SDM Bhilwara, Juikar Prateek Chandrashekhar as SDM Alwar and Salukhe Gaurav Ravindra as SDM Mount Abu.

Avichal Chaturvedi, famous for his statement on Vajpayee Jayanti, was made School Education Commissioner.

Alwar Collector Avichal Chaturvedi, who came into limelight by giving his statement on the birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee on December 25, has been transferred to the post of School Education Commissioner. Chaturvedi had said that many times the opportunity came for the government to fall, but Atal ji did not let the government fall. Congress had complained to the President regarding this statement of Chaturvedi as a violation of the service rules of IAS officers.
