Kota: A heart-wrenching incident has taken place in Kota district of Rajasthan. Local police said a 16-year-old boy killed his alcoholic and historyheater father with an ax. It has happened around 3:30 pm. At that time everyone in the house was sleeping. According to police, the boy took an ax from the house and attacked his father several times.He died on the spot in this attack. Other family members were sleeping in another room. Station House Officer Bajrang Lal of Itwa Police Station has given this information. Initial inquiries have revealed that the deceased Abid Ali (45) was a history-sheeter, against whom 27 criminal cases including murder and robbery were registered.He was convicted in some cases and was also addicted to alcohol. It is also learned that Ali used to beat and harass his wife, two sons and daughter in an unconscious state. SHO said, a minor boy, a Class 10 student, murdered his father for this reason to save family members from constant torture and beating.He said the body was handed over to the family members after the post-mortem. On the complaint of Ali's brother, the police registered a case of murder against the boy under Section 302 of the IPC. However, he is yet to be taken into custody.
