The BJP Parliamentary Party meeting has ended. PM Narendra Modi had reached Ambedkar International Center to take part in the meeting. Many senior leaders of the party including Rajnath Singh gave him a grand welcome. After the welcome, PM Modi addressed his MPs. According to sources, PM Modi said in his address that if the candidature of son or daughter of a BJP MP or minister is rejected, then I am responsible for it. PM Modi said that family politics will not be allowed in the party, will be fought against dynasty politics in other parties. PM Modi said that the family parties are making the country hollow. At the same time, for the big victory in four states, all the MPs welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President JP Nadda by garlanding them. Before the start of the meeting, tributes were also paid to Swara Kokila Lata Mangeshkar.

Dynastic politics dangerous for democracy: PM Modi

Addressing the MPs, PM Modi said that dynasty politics is dangerous for democracy and we have to fight against it. PM Modi said that it is because of him that children of many MPs did not get tickets in the recently concluded assembly elections. PM Modi said that in order to fight dynasty politics, BJP will have to rein in such practices within the organisation.

PM Modi also lauded the recently released film 'The Kashmir Files' and suggested that such films should be made more often.

According to BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, who was present in the meeting, Modi asked the MPs to identify 100 such booths in their respective constituencies where the BJP got relatively less votes and identify the reasons behind it. However, he also thanked the MPs for their support to the party, Tiwari said.

Central observer appointed to choose CM in four states

Meanwhile, the BJP Parliamentary Board has appointed central observers and co-observers for the election of legislature party leaders in the Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa assemblies where the BJP has won a landslide victory. While Amit Shah has been appointed as the Central Observer of Uttar Pradesh, Rajnath Singh has been given the responsibility of Uttarakhand. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has been appointed as the Central Observer for Manipur while Kiren Rijiju is the Co-Observer. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has been made the Central Observer for Goa.
